ORDERS
Yes. Your order will be printed according to your chosen size and color (where appropriate) specification.
As your order is custom-made for you and is processed shortly after being received, it won’t be possible to change it. Please make sure you are happy with the sizes and colors of your items before you place your order. We hope you can understand.
As above, our customer orders are custom-made and processed once they’re received and thus cancellations and refunds are not possible. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or ordering the wrong item, size, or color. We hope you can understand. 🙂
If you have received a damaged, faulty or wrong item from that stated on your Order Confirmation email, please let us know within 30 days of delivery. Email us (with photographs of items and package slips) at orders@purebredandproud.com and we shall endeavor to rectify the issue and get a replacement sent to you.
SHIPPING
We have standard (flat rate) shipping worldwide.
This will depend on where the product will be printed and where you are in the world. Orders placed will be sent out within 3 days (usually sooner) via standard shipping. Worldwide delivery times can fluctuate due to current events so allow a little extra time (patience is a virtue, lol).
Sometimes things go awry. The best practice is to check your invoice to ensure you gave us the right address and then get in touch with your local post office.
If these two steps get you nowhere, and you have been waiting more than four weeks since you placed your order, reach out to us at orders@purebredandproud.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.
